Without an account

Your routines and exercises are kept in this browser's storage on your device. Nothing about them is sent to us.

With an account

We keep your email address, a hash of your password (never the password itself), your routines and exercises, any recordings you upload, and when you signed in and from which IP address. Sign-in history is deleted after 90 days.

Payments are handled by Stripe; we store the subscription status, not your card.

If you ask for a routine suggestion, the description you type and the names of your exercises are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to build the suggestion.

Students with a share link

Students do not need an account and we do not ask who they are. We count how many times a share link was opened, so you can see it is being used.

Visits

We count visits to the site, and how many signed-in accounts visit, with our own analytics (lytics). It identifies an account by an internal id, never by email address.

Feedback

The feedback form keeps what you write, the page you sent it from, and the email address if you give one.

To have your account and everything in it deleted, use the feedback form with the email address of the account.
